Integrating ClassLink for QR Codes
Clients can connect their ClassLink database with Badge via SFTP to manage QR codes. When clients integrate SFTP connection with Badge, student and staff QR information are automatically updated from ClassLink to Badge. By setting up SFTP, clients do not have to manually update all information systems and can only do it on ClassLink. The file transfer process will move a client's file to Badge's database for processing.
Every night at 2:00AM, the SFTP process is initiated to copy files from ClassLink to the client's file directory. After the transfer is complete, Badge will sync its file directory with the client's file directory to automatically update records and images in Badge.
By opting in for SFTP, clients do not have to worry about manually updating multiple student information system.
