Overview

Badge v1.69.0-v1.69.1 is the latest version publicly released on 03/13/2025. The release notes will cover new features, feature enhancements, resolved known issues, and known issues that clients commonly face in Badge. 

Clients will always have the latest version of Badge through automated updates.

Enhancements

New URL Routes

• Standardize URL routes to improve consistency and usability across the platform. This update ensures uniform naming conventions by implementing hyphenated URLs where applicable.

Updated Login Experience

• Clients will now experience an improved UI when interacting with authentication-related pages. These updates enhance usability and accessibility.

ID Print: Select a Port 

• Clients are now required to select a printer serial port when selecting a list with a UID column.

1. Click ENTER in the ID Print module

2. Click on the drop-down menu > Find and Select the List Name (List must contain UID column for this pop-up window to appear) you want to view

3. A pop-up window will appear with the printer's serial port > Select TWN4 > Click Connect

Badge Footer

• Clients will now see the Badge version release on the footer of every page in Badge.

Resolved Known Issue

ID Print: Card Layout

• Clients may encounter a blank PDF page when clicking on the flip icon in their card layout. [FIXED]

Reports: Print History

• Clients may encounter an error sorting AM and PM timestamps in descending order in Print History. [FIXED]
